Meet the Steward
You might know me as Trish or Patri, depending on where in the world we meet. Officially, it’s Patricia—which means noble in Latin. While I don’t come from royalty, integrity has always been my way of life.
As a teenager, I saw early on how business done from the heart can change lives, families, and futures. That seed planted early on bore fruit in what is now Deeply Rooted: an ecosystem that makes business a force for good—for becoming, for belonging, and for giving.
I’ve never worked in a corporation or sat in any office. No MBA, no prestigious titles, not even a university degree. Everything I have and know now about business comes from real-world experience—building, failing, learning.🛠️
At 22, without knowing what to do and how to do things, I decided to start my own. First—the buy & sell car shop, next—the makeup studio, and finally—the travel agency. All three “failed”, but each became my classroom and prepared me for my next season.
At 27, I dove in the world of business consulting, working with service-based entrepreneurs across cultures and industries, online and traditional. Those years deepened my understanding of what makes businesses truly thrive.
At 30, I went all-in on my online coaching business. Three market shifts, two rebrands, and countless launches later—on the path to six figures working anytime and anywhere I want—one truth remains…
