The Strategic Business Partner
for impact-driven coaches
Depending on where in the world we meet, you might know me as Trish or Patri. Officially it’s Patricia, which means ‘noble’ in Latin. While I don’t come from royalty, integrity has always been a way of life.
I am an entrepreneur turned coach—not the other way around. I help certified coaches focus on the joy and impact of coaching by pruning the complexity of business development.
Through the Deeply Rooted Coaching Business Model™—a comprehensive framework that mirrors the organic, interconnected, and regenerative cycles of nature—I help you achieve financial steadiness and operational peace. Together, we cultivate the structures, systems, and strategies that are as powerful as your coaching.
My role as your strategic business partner goes beyond being a coach or mentor, although that’s my favorite part. My greatest strength lies in turning visions into results—again and again, under changing conditions. I bring a potent mix of high-level strategy and hands-on execution to our partnership.
Whether you are starting your coaching business or scaling to your next level of growth, we will cultivate a business that provides both impact and income, purpose and profit, meaning and money.

The Entrepreneurial Field: 15+ Years of Experimentation
I don’t carry a fancy corporate title or an MBA. For me, business has always been a way of life and a field for experimentation. Before finding my calling in coaching in 2020, I spent over a decade growing diverse ecosystems.
Entrepreneurship taught me invaluable lessons in money, relationships, inner development, leadership, and making a real difference in the world—far more than any textbook or course could.
2009: Joined my family’s business and realized I craved a legacy of my own.
2012: Co-founded a used car trading shop (pioneering the “circular economy” before it was a buzzword).
2015: Founded an organic skincare brand born from my personal struggle with acne.
2017: Scaled boutique gyms, where I discovered my unique leadership style.
2019: Launched a sustainable travel agency, combining my passion for culture and impact.
2020: Found my calling in coaching.
Some of these ventures thrived financially; others did not at all. Looking back, I realized my driving force was not just the money.
It was (and still is) a deep commitment to make business as a sacred means for becoming, belonging, and giving.

The Coaching Field: 5+ Years of Deep Transformation and Accelerated Growth
In 2020, I found coaching, or shall I say coaching found me. It was a truly “right place, right time” moment, especially as I was beginning a new chapter in my life.
New country, new home, new business, new me. Coaching became central in this new season of my life. I initially started as a holistic health coach for women leaders. This seemed the most logical path, leveraging my gym business background and addressing the growing focus on physical, mental and emotional health heightened by the pandemic at the time.
I was already getting paid as a coach, even before I started my professional coaching education. As I was working towards my ICF-PCC accreditation, a significant portion of my time was spent immersed in the global coaching community, where a consistent theme emerged. Whenever business development was discussed, the same question always shows up, “Trish, how do you get clients?” To which I respond, “Here’s my system, try it.“
The look on my fellow coaches’ faces validated a widespread, unspoken truth in the coaching field. Business was almost always not taught in coaching schools—maybe theoretically, but not practically. As a result, many wonderful, qualified, and kind coaches lack the essential business acumen and support to truly thrive.
Approximately 80% to 85% of coaching businesses fail within the first two to three years, a rate higher than many other industries. That alarming data was the seed for the Deeply Rooted Ecosystem.
It shifted my mission permanently toward helping fellow coaches build businesses that are as sustainable as they are impactful.

The Cultural Field: 6 Countries, 4 Continents, 1 Home
I am Filipina-Spanish with a nomadic lifestyle. I have traveled to countless countries and resided in six across four continents: the Philippines, New Zealand, Dubai, Thailand, Spain, and next up, Indonesia.
Despite the constant movement, a sense of “home” is always with me. No matter where my husband, daughter, and I are on earth—whether nestled by the sea or high in the mountains—we are always at home in nature.
Nature is central to my life, serving as the setting for some of my most profound personal breakthroughs. My husband and I dedicate our Wednesdays to what we call ‘Green Days’—a conscious decision to spend our time together on a date in nature.
I wasn’t aware how much influence culture had in my personal and professional life, until someone pointed out how diverse my friends and clients were. My client roster looked like a map of the world.
Dutch living in France, Indian living in Belgium, Canadian living in Spain, American living in Denmark, Cuban living in America, Emirati living in Hong Kong, French living in the UK, British living in Dubai, and more.
I used to think this was common, but I’ve realized it is a unique, God-given gift.
I have a rare ability to connect deeply with anyone, and to gather people together to share truly wonderful experiences.

The Spiritual Field: The Vision in 2023
I knew Jesus since I was 20, but it wasn’t until 30 that I had a real, deep personal relationship with God. And this isn’t even about religion. At 33, I had an encounter. What I’m about to say requires an open mind and an open heart.
One morning during deep meditation, I saw myself climbing what seemed to be an endless ladder in the sky. I considered stopping because I felt so tired, but suddenly the end of the ladder appeared. It rested on a cliff leading to a lush, beautiful garden.
Stepping into the garden, I felt God’s presence intensely, falling to my knees and later on to my face. I was begging God to just let me stay there and not go back. I knew I was in the vision, but I also knew I was sitting on the couch in my living room. It was a weird feeling.
Then, a majestic, floating gold castle appeared across a bridge, but a glass-like chasm prevented me from crossing. Crying out to God, I heard a voice say, “It’s not your time yet. You still have something to do.”
Immediately, I was transported to another garden, this time it was on earth. I saw a massive, mighty, old oak tree in the center. There was a bright yellow-orange light flowing through it. When I reached out and touched it, I became the tree. And the vision ended right there.
For days, I journaled and reflected trying to understand what the vision meant, even drawing the tree, which became my logo. One morning, as I was reading the bible, I landed on Psalms 1: “He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.”
Right after reading that, understanding and wisdom came instantly. The vision was a divine calling, which came with an important mission. Heeding this call, much like when God changes the name of those He called in the Bible to signify a new identity, I renamed my business to Deeply Rooted Ecosystem, signifying the beginning of a new chapter of my life as a steward of God’s creation and blessings.
Strategy and execution matter, but through faith, anything is possible.
