The journey begins with a five-day in-person experience where we map a scaling plan that accounts for both the internal and external capacities. It is then followed by two months of online support. Through our global network of practitioners, we provide coaching and mentoring to teenagers from the Global South who are navigating some of the most consequential decisions of their lives — in a world that is changing faster than any generation before them.
We help them see what's possible, identify the path that fits, and build a plan to get there.
