It continues with five months of implementation support online, where we work inside and alongside your business until your retreat or intensive is filled and running.

Three things we ask
of every Forest member.

Your clients can be found on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is the channel we'll use to position you in front of your clients. If the people you serve can't be found there, The Forest isn't the right fit — and we'll tell you so.
You arrive at least three days early. You'll travel to Indonesia at least three days before we begin — to settle in, manage jet lag, and arrive fully present. A week is optimal; use the time to explore Bali before coming to The Forest.
You're in for the full journey. This is not a retreat. After the five days in Bali, you commit to five months of implementation with the group online. If you only want the Bali experience, this is not for you.

Where ancient rituals meet
transformative wellness.

We gather at Fivelements Retreat Bali — a luxury wellness retreat nestled in the jungle on the banks of the Ayung River, in the village of Mambal in the heart of Bali. Built almost entirely from bamboo, thatch, and wood, it is the kind of place where thinking slows down and clarity comes up.

Where you'll stay

Each member has a private suite. Depending on availability, you'll be in a Riverfront Suite — thatched roof, bamboo and wooden interiors, a private terrace overlooking the Ayung River, and your own bamboo bathhouse with an open-air bathtub carved from volcanic stone — or a Hillside Pool Suite, set above the Balinese gardens, with a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, and volcanic stone bath. Both are dressed in traditional Songket textiles and antique Balinese details.

Where we'll work

Our sessions move between indoors and outdoors: open-air bamboo pavilions overlooking the river and the gardens, quiet corners for one-on-one conversations, and long tables for shared meals. In between, the retreat is yours — the chemical-free swimming pool, the water healing pool, the gym, the medicinal garden, and the sacred spaces that give Fivelements its name.

Comparable rooms in this space charge $6,000–8,000 for a single week in Bali with no follow-up, or $15,000 a year for a handful of group calls and a WhatsApp group. The Forest gives you five days in person with a private room and full board at a wellness retreat included and five months of implementation.

We publish the price because we believe you should be able to decide without a sales call. And the return is simple: a few premium clients cover the investment. The system you build brings the next ones.

When and where exactly is the in-person experience?

November 15–20, 2026 at Fivelements Retreat in Mambal, in the heart of Bali, Indonesia. You'll need to arrive by November 12 at the latest to settle in and manage jet lag — earlier is better, so you have the chance to explore Bali first.

What does the $10,000 include?

Everything except your flights: the five days of sessions, a private suite and full-board meals at Fivelements, and the full five months of online support — group brainstorming sessions, masterclasses, one-on-one sessions with Suam, Trish, and Deeply Rooted Coaches, and a private group channel. Support at every step. We're going to execute together.

Where will I stay?

In a private suite at Fivelements Retreat — either a Riverfront Suite overlooking the Ayung River or a Hillside Pool Suite with its own plunge pool, depending on availability. Both are yours alone for the five nights of the programme.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. Pay in full and save — $9,000 if you pay before October 15, $10,000 from October 15 onward — or pay in two installments of $5,500: the first on confirmation, the second on December 1, 2026 ($11,000 total). The early-bird price applies to full upfront payment only.

What happens after I apply?

We read every application personally, and have a 45-minute conversation with you. If we all feel it's aligned, you'll receive an invitation to join. No payment is taken until you're accepted.

How much time does the online part take each month?

About seven to eight hours of sessions: two group sessions of around 90 minutes each (the brainstorming call and the masterclass), and three one-on-one sessions of around 60 minutes each (strategy with Suam, design with Trish, and deep coaching with a Deeply Rooted Coach). In between, you'll have work to do — that's where the results come from.

My clients aren't really on LinkedIn. Can I still join?

No. LinkedIn is the channel we build your lead generation system on. If your clients can't be found there, we'd rather tell you now than take your money.

Can I bring a business partner or team member?

Yes — small teams are welcome. The second seat comes at a 20% discount.

I'm not a coach or consultant. Is this for me?

The Forest is built for owners of professional, relational service businesses who want to weave a retreat, intensive, or in-person experience into their offerings. The titles are usually coach, consultant, facilitator, mentor, advisor, or teacher — people whose presence and expertise are the product. If that's you under a different title, apply and tell us.

Will sessions be recorded?

Group calls and masterclasses are recorded and shared privately with the cohort. One-on-one sessions are not, unless you ask.

What's your refund policy?

The investment is non-refundable after acceptance. If you're unable to travel to Bali, we'll refund the in-person costs (accommodation and meals) and you'll still join the five months online.

What if I only want to come to Bali?

Then this isn't the right offer, and we'd say so. The five days are where the plan is made; the five months are where the results are. They belong together.
