Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms explain how we work together. They apply when you use deeplyrooted.space, join The Garden, or enrol in any of our paid programmes, workshops, or consulting services. By making a payment or joining an offering, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services
We offer the following services, each described in full on its own page:
- The Garden — a free online learning community for coaches and consultants.
- The Mighty Oaks — a three-month online business development programme with one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and self-paced learning.
- The Forest — a hybrid mastermind: a five-day in-person experience followed by five months of online implementation support.
- Workshops and consulting — live workshops and tailored consulting for individuals, coaching schools, and organisations, as agreed in writing.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on each programme page. The scope, dates, price, and payment schedule for your programme are confirmed to you in writing before you pay.
3. Eligibility and enrolment
- You must be at least 18 years old and using our services for business or professional purposes.
- Our paid programmes involve an application and/or a conversation with us. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
- An agreement between you and us is formed when we confirm your place in writing and you make your first payment. No payment is taken before you are accepted.
4. Fees and payment
- All fees are in USD and are due as stated in your confirmation or invoice.
- We accept payment by card and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
- Where a payment plan is offered, it is a commitment to pay the full programme fee, not a subscription. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if an instalment is missed.
- Early-bird or promotional prices apply only under the conditions stated at the time of the offer.
- You are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion, or transfer fees charged by your own bank or payment provider, and for any taxes that apply to you.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before making a payment.
6. Your responsibilities
- Take part in the sessions you have booked and complete the work agreed between sessions.
- Give us accurate information about yourself and your business.
- Treat other members, guests, and our team with respect, and keep what others share in the community confidential.
- Make your own business, legal, financial, and tax decisions.
7. No guarantee of results
We share our frameworks, experience, and support in good faith, and many of our clients see meaningful growth. However, results depend on many factors outside our control — including your effort, market, offer, and circumstances — so we do not guarantee any specific income, client, or business outcome. Any examples or figures we share describe what is possible, not what is promised.
Our services are business consulting and education. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice. Guest experts who contribute to our programmes share general information only.
8. Intellectual property
- The Deeply Rooted Business Model©, programme materials, templates, recordings, and all content on this website belong to Deeply Rooted Ecosystem LLC.
- When you join a programme, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials in your own business. You may not resell, republish, share, or teach them to others without our written permission.
- You keep full ownership of your own business, content, and client materials — including anything you create with our support.
9. Confidentiality and recordings
We keep what you share with us about your business confidential and do not disclose it to others without your consent, except where required by law. Group calls and masterclasses may be recorded and shared privately with the members of that programme. One-on-one sessions are not recorded unless you ask. You may not record sessions without the consent of everyone taking part.
10. In-person experiences
For in-person programmes such as The Forest:
- You are responsible for your own flights, visas, passport validity, travel and health insurance, and any travel costs not listed as included.
- Accommodation and venues are provided by third parties, and their own terms may also apply.
- You take part in physical and outdoor activities at your own discretion and should tell us in advance about anything we need to know to keep you safe and comfortable.
11. Community guidelines
Our community is built on respect, generosity, and trust. We may remove anyone from The Garden or a paid programme who harasses others, shares confidential information, promotes or sells to members without permission, or otherwise seriously breaches these terms. If you are removed from a paid programme for this reason, fees already paid are not refunded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, profits, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, illness, travel restrictions, or failures of third-party services. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or deliver the affected part of the service in another way.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If a concern arises, please contact us first — we will work in good faith to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be handled by the courts of Wyoming, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you enrol applies to your programme. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever we make changes.
