It all started with an observation
I kept meeting coaches and consultants who were incredibly good at what they did — but struggled a lot in building their business. Not for lack of trying. They were reading, learning, investing. But the spaces they found felt transactional, noisy, or simply built for a different kind of person.
I knew that feeling too. What I was looking for wasn't another course or another content feed. I was looking for a place to think out loud, learn alongside peers, and be seen as a whole person — not just someone trying to hit a revenue target.
The Garden started as a small experiment in 2023. What grew surprised even me — not just in numbers, but in the quality of what happened between people. Strangers became collaborators. Conversations became opportunities. And slowly and organically, a community took root.
The Garden exists because I believe the right soil changes everything — and practitioners deserve a soil that doesn't ask them to become someone they're not.
