Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Deeply Rooted Ecosystem LLC collects when you visit deeplyrooted.space, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Deeply Rooted Ecosystem LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at deeplyrooted.space. For the purposes of data protection law, the data controller is Deeply Rooted Ecosystem LLC, based in the United States.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can reach us at steward@deeplyrooted.space.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the site, understand how it’s used, and measure the advertising that brings people here.
Information you give us
When you contact us or sign up for one of our offerings, we collect the details you choose to share with us, such as your name and email address.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and analytics data — pages viewed, time on site, referring source, approximate location, and general device and browser information, collected through Google Analytics 4.
- Advertising data — information about how you arrived at the site and which actions you take, used to measure and improve the ads we run.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 3.
Analytics and advertising data are only collected after you give consent through our cookie banner.
3. Cookies and consent
We use a consent management tool (Silktide Consent Manager) to give you control over cookies. When you first visit, non-essential cookies are blocked until you make a choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings icon on the site.
| Category | Purpose | Set without consent? |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Keep the site working and remember your cookie choices. | Yes — required for the site to function. |
| Analytics | Help us understand how the site is used (Google Analytics 4). | No — only after consent. |
| Marketing | Measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising and, where you consent, support relevant ads. | No — only after consent. |
Until you consent, analytics and advertising storage is set to “denied”, so no analytics or marketing cookies are placed.
4. How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and reach the right audiences.
- To respond to you when you contact us or sign up for something we offer.
5. Advertising
We run advertising campaigns on LinkedIn to bring visitors to deeplyrooted.space. LinkedIn’s advertising tools (such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag) may use cookies and similar technologies to measure how our campaigns perform and, where you have consented, to show you relevant ads on LinkedIn. You can read how LinkedIn handles your data in the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
6. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
We rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies and any related processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — for keeping the site secure and functioning, provided your rights do not override those interests.
- Your request — where you contact us or sign up for an offering and we need your details to respond.
7. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, and only as needed:
- Google — website analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- LinkedIn — advertising and campaign measurement.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
8. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, as are our providers (Google and LinkedIn). If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. How long we keep your data
We retain Google Analytics data for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Any information you send us directly is kept only as long as needed to deal with your request or as required by law, and then deleted.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to erase your data.
- Restrict or object to how we use your data.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at steward@deeplyrooted.space. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have handled your data improperly.
11. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
